The ability to heal, find meaning, and move towards our deeper purpose is already a body of wisdom that lives in each one of us and is activated through a deeper knowing of ourselves.

Prioritizing our well-being is one of the bravest things we can do for ourselves and all the more powerful in a circle of supportive women on the same journey. 

The content of this circle is brought forward in collaboration with Reiki Master and SYV resident Malia Maurer. This circle is designed as an introduction to the principles developed and taught in Malia’s The Four Chambers course, which is a beautifully curated deep dive into the sacred aspects of our Mind, Body, Heart, and Energy.

This circle will touch on those sacred aspects of self from a broader perspective and also touch on ways we are inspired to use these aspects in our everyday lives through purpose, pleasure, rest, abundance, and play.

Each week there will be a time to learn, reflect, journal, and share.  Gatherings are on Tuesdays from 6:00 - 8:00 in Santa Ynez, beginning March 26 through June 4th.

Cost is three payments of $125.
