I'm so glad you're here!

If we don’t already know each other, let me introduce myself. I’m a writer, podcaster, blogger, business coach, and travel-obsessed mom of three, who considers herself an insatiably curious student of life.

 The long and short of it is that I'm a storyteller. I tried to create a neat and tidy box that sums up all of my passions, but then said, nah! Who wants to fit in a box? I write, speak, travel, and keep up a house where we’re raising three kids, and a bunch of chickens that free-range in our small-town backyard.

 I also help amazingly talented people communicate what is true and meaningful about their own stories and how to step into a business and life they really want. If you’re starting something new or are refreshing something that’s been around, I help you name and claim what makes your business and passions uniquely yours.
